Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail. Delivery typically takes 2–8 business days after your order has been processed. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your package is on its way. If you didn’t receive a tracking number or have questions about your shipment, please reach out to us at help@mywildsanibel.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Damaged Orders

If your book arrives severely damaged, we’ll gladly send you a replacement copy at no additional cost. Just email us a photo of the damage and your order number so we can make it right.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your book—but if you’re not happy for any reason, simply return it (we’ll send you a return label) and we’ll issue a full refund once it’s received. To start a return, please contact us at help@mywildsanibel.com for instructions.
